Tamayura Sou｜Now Accepting New Residents

管理人夫婦が1室で暮らし、他4部屋の個室の入居者を募集中！
個室以外は全て共有です。生活の距離感が近いためそのあたりを許容できる方、最低限の掃除ができる方を入居条件とします。

Tamayura Sou is currently looking for new residents.

The caretaker couple lives in one of the rooms, and we are currently seeking residents for the remaining four private rooms. All spaces other than the bedrooms are shared.

Because the house encourages close day-to-day interaction, we ask that residents be comfortable with communal living and able to maintain basic cleanliness and shared responsibilities.

We warmly invite interested people to first visit the house or join one of our casual community dinners before applying.

＜全部屋共通＞

・家賃：40,000円／月
（光熱費・インターネット代・共有備品費込み）
※全部屋個室となります。
※1部屋を2名で利用する場合は＋20,000円となります。

・個室設備：
エアコン／机／椅子／ベッド／寝具一式／収納／照明

・共用設備：
ドラム式洗濯乾燥機／ドライヤー／調理器具一式／ダイニングテーブル／こたつ／ソファ／テレビなど

・建物設備：
エアコン（リビングに2基）／キッチン／2口ガスコンロ／給湯／追い焚き機能／温水洗浄便座／トイレ／浴室／洗面台／シューズボックスなど

・駐車場：
専用駐車場はございません。必要な方は近隣にて別途ご契約をお願いいたします。

知人からのご紹介、またはたまゆら荘にご興味のある方は、事前にやり取りのうえ、1泊2,000円で宿泊が可能です。

Visits & Trial Stay

Friends of residents, referrals, and people interested in Tamayura Sou may stay overnight for ¥2,000 per night after prior communication and approval. Please feel free to contact us anytime.
